As the title says, this is a screen grab from the latest animation project I'm working on. Unfortunately this scene has been cut, but production will go on!

Drawing like the masters!

 

My first sketch at my drawing classes! 

Also, my new art box with Funky oil paint; hopefully we will be learning to use these oils this week. I'm really looking forward to it! 

This drawing had 3 hours spent on it, but it could do with some more time just going over the pencil strokes so that you can no longer see those little patches between the pencil marks. The trick, apparently to draw like the old masters, (in my head im seeing Leonardo Da Vinci )  is to keep the pencil sharp, HB, and going in one direction. And of course, practice in perspective. ALWAYS SEEMS SO IMPORTANT!! =3

Chatting with my friend while in the presentation hall for Nick Park. Just thought it was a cool picture... it is right? Well, I like it.

 I found some old sketches from one of my old uni books, (I updated my Nick Park post too). I'm currently preparing myself for an interview with the Guestlist. Looking forward to it sooo much!That's why you can now see some random pages from my sketchbook...'s Since i have so many of them. =)

Update!

Ok, i haven't updated this for far too long. my reasons being i am too much of a freeking perfectionist and I seem to think that everything has to be finished to show. So, no, I am going to change this by posting up all of the half finished work that i've got on the go so far........ its quite a bit.

This will banish my fears right? Hope it looks ok.MY PRETTY BLOG!

 

 

 

I really don't like this one. Its supposed to be my friend, I wont mention names to still remain friends, but I don't like it so I've labelled it as unfinished... I don't think I'll ever go near it again. Soz babes. 

 

Very old sketch, which is why some bits are out of proportion. But still cool, even if unfinished. 

 

 

Ok, that wasn't too painful.....ha...ha.....

Hopefully you can use an artistic eye and see where these images are going. =)
